COVID-19 POLICY

Bloom Believers is taking measures to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. It’s important that we all respond responsibly and transparently to all health precautions. We assure you that we will always prioritize your private health and valued property with the utmost care and safety. This policy is susceptible to changes with the introduction of additional governmental guidelines.​

Here at Bloom Believers, we have procedures in place to safeguard against the spread of COVID-19 while limiting any interruption in service. We have transitioned to “touch-free” services, allowing our designers to put their expertise to work without in-person contact with customers.

 

Here’s what you can now expect when we perform our event design services and delivery products:

  • Where possible, we have identified work from home opportunities within our team

  • Thorough daily sanitization of all tools and high touch areas are standard procedures

  • Designers practice social distancing of at least six feet while services are being performed

  • Designers are required to wear personal protective equipment at all times

  • All communication such as consultations and designing will be virtual via phone and/or video conference.


Our commitment to our customers remains the same. Our team is here and are available to answer your questions and address any concerns about your services. Our exclusive members can access your account online by visiting BloomBelievers.com. Online clients are able to view service details, make payments, and submit billing questions.
